(1) In accordance with this Act, the commission, election officer, polling officer or monitor shall impose a fine based on the seriousness of the offence.
(2) After paying the amount of fine paid according to sub-section (1), the concerned person shall give the receipt immediately.
(3) A person who is not satisfied with the fine imposed by the officer who imposes fine according to sub-section (1) may appeal to the relevant High Court within thirty-five days.
(4) According to sub-section (1), the officer who fines the person who does not pay the fine shall report the amount of the fine to the relevant police office for imprisonment in accordance with the prevailing federal law.
(5) According to this Act, after an officer has fined a person once for the same offence, another officer cannot fine him again for the same offence.
(6) In accordance with this section, the officer who fines a person shall immediately publish the details of the offense committed by such person and the fine imposed on him through the media for the information of the general public.
